Assess & prepare
Check the carpet and stains, then pre-vacuum to remove loose dirt before treatment.
Loosen the dirt
Apply a suitable pre-spray and agitate where appropriate to help release embedded soil.
Extract & rinse
Use hot water extraction on suitable carpets to rinse out loosened dirt and recover excess moisture.
Protect & finish
Check the result, add furniture protection where needed and explain drying and aftercare.
Typical carpet drying time is around 4–12 hours, depending on the fibre, temperature, humidity and airflow.
