Soiling, fibre wear and fading can look similar in a photo. We assess the area and explain the likely result. Cleaning can remove dirt, but it cannot replace worn fibres or reverse permanent colour loss.
Drying depends on the material, treatment and room conditions, including airflow and humidity. We give advice for your clean. Keep children and pets away during the work and off treated carpets and furniture until fully dry.
